pieces are professionally cleaned and carefully checked between rentals to maintain their quality and appearance.

we rent only pieces that meet the highest standards of appearance and quality.

any item that no longer presents at its best is retired from stock and moved into responsible end-of-life — resale, donation or recycling.

we don’t rent trousers, shoes, bodies.

trousers require exact length/proportion to preserve the silhouette.

shoes and bodies have personal wear and hygiene considerations.

we focus on hero garments that integrate seamlessly with your existing wardrobe basics.

pieces are delivered to you professionally dry-cleaned and/or ozone dissenfected.

no cleaning is needed before the return. we handle all professional cleaning and garment care.

each piece in the edit includes measurements and an indication of which sizes it can comfortably fit.
the shared [us] curates many garments with flexible silhouettes and forgiving construction, so most of the pieces will work across two adjacent sizes, depending on body proportions and desired fit (closer, relaxed, or oversized).

all items are authentic and sourced through official retail channels.

[how it works]

discover the curated edit — defined by simplicity, form and purpose.

the selection is open to browse.
membership unlocks access to rent. membership is free and can be requested via application at the bottom of the home page.

choose one piece or several. book them directly on the website or contact [us] via the members’ whatsapp or at us@thesharedus.com . all pieces arrive professionally dry-cleaned.

try-on service is available via courier for clients based in central london. for other locations, speak to [us] and we will find suitable solution. 

if you are renting two or more items to be sent in one delivery, the rental start date must be the same for all items.

each piece enters the edit in brand-new condition, unless listed as vintage or pre-owned.

if you are not happy with the fit of your piece, please contact [us] to find suitable solution.

please log in using the same email you provided when joining. you’ll receive a one-time code to your email to complete the login. login is quick — the code arrives within seconds.


choose between 3 days or 7 days.
to request last minute delivery, same day or next-day delivery or alternative rental period, please send a message via the members’ whatsapp or email us@thesharedus.com.

please note, availability may vary.
should a scheduling conflict occur, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.

your hero piece arrives freshly dry-cleaned and/or professionally disinfected.
it may need a light steam after travelling.

please select your preferred delivery option at the checkout. the cost of delivery includes the return. for same or next-day deliveries please select the courier option.

wear your chosen piece with ease. 

please take care of it, but don’t worry too much- life happens.
we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your moment.

in cases of significant damage or repeated issues, a repair or replacement fee may apply. if this ever happens, we’ll discuss it with you transparently — no surprises.

on the last day of your booking, place the piece back in its original packaging and return it to [us].
if your return date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, you’re welcome to return your piece the next working day.

returns can be arranged in two ways, depending on your delivery method:

  • courier returns: contact [us] via the members’ whatsapp to book your collection time.
  • dhl returns: use the prepaid return label included in your box. drop it off at your nearest dhl service point or contact [us] via the members’ whatsapp to arrange a collection.

no cleaning required — we handle the care.

if you would like to see how piece feels before renting, we can arrange a try-on service, subject to availability. each try-on should be returned within 24 hours of delivery via courier. contact [us] to book via the members’ whatsapp or us@thesharedus.com

[shipping & returns]

we deliver via dhl express [london and uk nationwide] and via courier gophr [central london].

same business day [order by 12PM] or next day deliveries can be requested via members’ whatsapp, subject to availability, and fulfilled only by courier for £20 fee.

dhl  handles both london and national orders, typically delivering one day before your rental period begins.

cost of the return is included into the shipping cost for both dhl and gophr.

orders placed on fridays  or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. if you need the piece urgently please send a message via members’ whatsapp and we do our best to deliver it to you as soon as possible

once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a dispatch notification.

trials are available on request.

if your event is close - we suggest choosing the courier delivery option.

cost of the return is included in the delivery fee.

returns can be arranged in two ways:

  • gophr courier returns: contact us to book your collection time via the member’s whatsapp line 
  • dhl  returns: use the prepaid return label  included in your box.

we ask that garments are returned in the packaging provided.

the shared [us] manages all cleaning and care. please do not attempt to clean or alter rented garments yourself

we understand that sometimes delays can happen — please contact [us] immediately if your return is affected by courier issues or personal circumstances.

if your item is not returned on time, a daily late fee may apply.

currently, the shared [us] operates within the United Kingdom only. please contact [us] if you wish to arrange international delivery — available by exception.

[ payments and refunds ]

we accept major debit and credit cards, apple pay and paypal, processed securely through shopify. payment is taken at checkout when you reserve your piece. all transactions are encrypted. we do not store your payment details.

as each piece is reserved specifically for your selected rental dates, bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed.
however, if your circumstances change, please contact [us] via the members’ whatsapp and we’ll find a solution.

if a piece becomes unavailable due to a cleaning or scheduling conflict, we will contact you to offer:
– an alternative piece, or
– a full refund.

if you wish to cancel your booking, please contact [us] via the members’ whatsapp. cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case.

if refund is issued, it is processed through your original payment method.
refund timing depends on provider:
– card payments: usually 5–10 business days
– paypal: usually 3–5 business days
– apple pay: usually 5–10 business days
these timeframes can vary depending on your bank.

no deposit is required.

however, in cases of significant damage or loss, charges may apply in accordance with our terms.
